Can I access the NDIS ?
To be eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), individuals must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age: The person must be under the age of 65 at the time of application.
Residency: The individual must be an Australian citizen, hold a permanent visa, or have a Protected Special Category Visa.
Disability: The person must have a permanent disability that significantly affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.
Functional Impact: individuals must have a disability that significantly impacts their ability to perform activities related to mobility, communication, self-care, self-management, or learning.
