About Us
Strive Together WA is a not-for-profit NDIS provider supporting people with disabilities, their families, and carers across Perth and surrounding suburbs. We provide person-centred disability services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), farmstay respite care, and individual support, helping participants achieve independence, connection and wellbeing.
Founded in 1996 at Landsdale Farm School, we started with respite camps for children with disabilities and have since expanded to support people of all ages. Today, we own and operate Landsdale Farm, a community space that embodies inclusion, learning, and connection. Our main office on the farm serves as a central hub where individuals, families, and volunteers come together to foster growth, belonging, and engagement.

Ben McEvoy
Chairman
An experienced senior executive and board director with more than 20 years in leadership roles, Ben couples a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of technology with extensive experience in organisational leadership, financial management, growth strategy, governance and risk.

Crystal Murphy
Deputy Chair
Crystal Murphy is an experienced non-executive director and executive with a diverse background. She has held executive positions in various industries and started her career in HR and employee relations. Crystal now focuses on strategy development, corporate governance, and financial practices. She is committed to making a positive impact by offering pro-bono work and serving as a non-executive director for nonprofit organisations.

Jenny White
Director
Jenny is a TAFE senior lecturer and teacher with extensive experience in the WA training and education sectors, specialising in the delivery of accredited training programs to people with disability. Jenny is carer for her adult grandson who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and brings both her professional expertise and lived experience of disability to the board.

Steve Elias
Treasurer
Steve is an experienced leader in stakeholder engagement and business management with over 20 years in Australia’s innovation and funding sectors. He has held executive roles in management of innovation, technology and commercialisation, with a strong focus on governance and financial sustainability. Steve is passionate about building authentic respectful relationships that help to strengthen community and connection.

Ross Stottelaar
Director
Ross is a strategic, results-driven non-executive director with extensive expertise in commercial management, governance, and risk oversight. Recently appointed to the Strive board, Ross aims to leverage his governance and financial expertise to foster sustainable growth. With advanced qualifications in business, economics, and engineering, he brings insightful leadership and a strong commercial perspective to the board.
