About Us

Strive Together WA is a not-for-profit NDIS provider delivering personalised disability support services across Perth and surrounding suburbs. Our services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), farmstay respite care, and individual support, helping people build independence, connection and wellbeing.

Founded in 1996, we have grown from providing respite camps for children with disabilities to supporting people of all ages. Today, we operate Landsdale Farm, a unique community space that promotes inclusion, learning and connection.

Our purpose is to create connections with the community through fun, happiness and belonging. Our vision is to become Australia’s leading brand for connecting communities while delivering high-quality, person-centred NDIS support.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

A safe and comfortable shared living option where participants receive tailored support to build independence and confidence. Our team provides assistance with daily tasks and routines while encouraging personal growth and social connection.

Farmstay Respite

A peaceful metropolitan farm experience that combines nature, comfort, and professional care. Our respite stays give participants a chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy meaningful experiences while families and carers take time to relax, knowing their loved one is supported.

Individual Support

Personalised, one-on-one assistance to help participants live independently and confidently at home and in their community. We adapt our support to each person’s goals, routines, and preferences to make daily life easier and more fulfilling.
