About Us

Strive Together WA is a not-for-profit, registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred support services across Perth. Founded in 1996, we have grown from providing respite camps for children with disabilities into an organisation supporting people of all ages through Supported Independent Living, Farmstay Respite, Individual Support and Social & Community Groups.  

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel connected, valued and included. We support people to build confidence, develop skills, foster independence and achieve their goals while enhancing their wellbeing.  

Today, Strive operates Landsdale Farm, an inclusive community space opened in 1986 where support, learning, nature and connection come together. The farm provides opportunities for people of all abilities to participate, come together and create meaningful connections as part of our community.
