With extensive experience in disability services and a focus on operational excellence, Rebecca ensures clients receive safe, consistent and meaningful support. She has led improvements across service quality, compliance and financial sustainability, including clearer processes and stronger quality and risk frameworks.
Rebecca is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued and supported, while improving onboarding, communication and team development. She remains committed to Strive’s long-term success. -
Rory Petersen
Manager, People & Culture
Rory brings more than 15 years of experience across HR, organisational design and digital transformation, including aged care and disability services. He brings a strategic approach to workforce management, governance, compliance and organisational culture.
With experience leading HR systems and digital transformation projects, Rory focuses on strengthening operations, workforce capability and governance. He is committed to aligning Strive’s people and culture with its values and strategic objectives to create lasting community impact. -
Ramila Patel
Manage, Finance
Ramila began her career in the Big 4 accounting environment, building a strong foundation in audit, financial accounting, business risk management and compliance. This experience developed her rigorous analytical approach and understanding of governance, accountability and financial stewardship.
Over the past decade, she has dedicated her expertise to supporting small businesses, developing a passion for using her financial knowledge to give back to local communities and families and drive positive change. -
Declan McIntyre
Landsdale Farm Operations Manager
Declan brings a hands-on approach and a passion for community, inclusion and practical skill development. Growing up on his grandparents’ farm sparked his love of agriculture, animals and the environment. As a qualified tradesman with qualifications in agriculture and farriery, Declan brings valuable experience in land management, animal welfare and maintenance. At Landsdale Farm, he helps create opportunities for people of all abilities to connect with nature, develop practical skills and feel part of the community.

He brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to leadership, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth, strengthening organisational performance and creating long-term value.

Jenny White
Director
Jenny is a TAFE senior lecturer and teacher with extensive experience across the WA training and education sectors, specialising in accredited training for people with disability. As a carer for her adult grandson who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, Jenny brings valuable lived experience alongside her professional expertise. She offers a strong understanding of inclusive education, participant needs and creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability.

Chair of Risk & Audit Committee
Ross is a strategic, results-driven non-executive director with expertise in commercial management, governance and risk oversight. He has extensive experience managing large-scale budgets, leading high-value contract negotiations and aligning stakeholder interests. Recently appointed to the Strive board, Ross brings strong governance and financial expertise, supported by advanced qualifications in business, economics and engineering. He offers insightful leadership and a strong commercial perspective.

Chris is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in the disability services sector, spanning both not-for-profit organisations and commercial ventures as a founder. Passionate about driving efficiency and sustainable growth, Chris brings a strong focus on ensuring community-based organisations remain financially sustainable while continuing to deliver meaningful outcomes.
